Hello to everyone from all of us at the Licking senior center.
I would like to wish everyone a happy thanksgiving and I still hope that if you don’t get together with your family, that at least you can give them a call and ask them what they’re thankful for and what you’re thankful for. Also, be as kind to check on your neighbors.
The dining room is closed, but our kitchen is still serving great food to homebound and pickups and deliveries. Please call 573-674-3558.
Okay fans of the roast beef, it’s coming back the second week in December. I think it taste just like the other roast beef we had. But you decide and give me some feedback on it.
Volunteers are still needed at the senior center. Don’t procrastinate any longer, we need you now.
We really need someone to deliver on Friday’s. Delbert Skaggs comes all the way over from Raymondville on Tuesdays and Fridays just to deliver these meals to our homebound people. Volunteer today so Delbert don’t have to drive here two times a week.
What did the mother turkey say to her disobedient children? If your father could see you now, he would turn over in his gravy.
1 Thessalonians 5:18 In everything, give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
